Who we are
This website is operated by Atomnik Technologies Private Limited, the company behind CosmikERP. This notice covers the personal information you share with us through this website. It does not cover data held inside a customer’s own CosmikERP workspace, which is governed by that customer’s agreement with us.
What we collect
Only what you give us in a form: your name, work email, phone number, company, your role, and what you tell us about your business and your preferences — for example a preferred demo time. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from other sources through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you: to arrange a demo or a call, prepare a quote, or consider a partner application — and to keep in touch about that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Our own team, and the service providers that help us deliver and store your message — such as our email provider. They may process it only on our instructions. We share nothing with advertisers.
Cookies and similar storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may store small preferences in your browser — for example, that you have dismissed the announcement bar. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any relationship that follows. If you ask us to delete it, we will — unless we are required by law to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to hello@cosmikerp.com and a person will handle your request. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law.
