Partner questions

Do we need to be technical to partner with you?
No. As a referral partner you make the introduction; we run the demo, the implementation and the support. If your firm would also like to help implement, tell us in your application.
How much is the referral fee, and when is it paid?
Both are set out in your partner agreement, which we sign before you refer anyone. There is nothing to work out afterwards.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Joining the referral program is free.
Will you contact my clients without me?
Only once you have introduced them, and always with you informed. We will never approach your clients independently for advisory work.
Do you give tax or accounting advice?
No. CosmikERP is software and implementation. Advice on tax treatment, filings and accounting stays with you.
Can my team see our clients’ data?
Only with the client’s permission, and only the modules and records they choose to grant — CosmikERP’s permissions are enforced in the database itself.
Can we refer businesses outside the UAE?
Our focus today is the UAE. If you have clients elsewhere, mention them in your application and we will talk.
